DJ Bob Rusche is sinds 1999 betrokken bij het radioprogramma X-Rated. Tot 2011 was deze radioshow, gevuld met avant-garde, experiment, industrial, ambient en elektronische muziek, te horen op Kink FM. Na het verdwijnen van dit station is het programma wekelijks op De Concertzender te beluisteren, live op de zondagavond van 21 tot 23 uur.

Tevens was Rusche van 1980 tot 2008 werkzaam in de Amsterdamse platenzaak Boudisque.
